Bismuth
Sample Material: Bismuth
Bismuth is a trivalent metal. Compounds are used in cosmetics and even in medical procedures. The significance in this case, however, is a demonstration of the true versatility of Forcespinning™ technology to process even a pure metal into continuous nanofibers. This material was broken down into a molten state using an integrated heated system in Forcespinning™ equipment then spun into nanofiber.

Cyclone Settings
Please contact FibeRio Customer Service for material process settings.
Forcespinning Technology utilizes centrifugal force rather than electrostatic force! Without electrostatic force, there is no need for dielectric solutions. This opens up an entire new realm of possibilities. Even metals and conductive polymers can be processed simply and safely.
